Platform Ownership & Purpose

The ServiceWize Hub, provided through the Index-Reviews network, is a community intelligence project of ProSynServ, Inc., a Wyoming corporation.

ServiceWize exists to organize user-generated service feedback into structured performance insight for community transparency and business accountability. It is offered to the public as a free, “as-is” information utility. ServiceWize does not sell ranking, placement, or paid preference.

ServiceWize is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide credit, background, tenant-screening, or employment reports.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Qualified professionals should be consulted before making decisions in any of those areas.

No User Registration Required

ServiceWize does not require user accounts or logins for general participation. ServiceWize does not request personally identifying information (PII) as a condition of use.

This open-access model is designed to maximize participation with minimal friction. As a result:

• No user accounts are created or maintained
• No email verification is required to submit reviews
• ServiceWize does not sell user data
• No authentication system exists to verify reviewer identity

Reviews may be anonymous and are submitted voluntarily. ServiceWize does not track individual reviewers or build user profiles.

Basic technical information may be processed by hosting or infrastructure providers to operate and secure the site. ServiceWize does not host servers directly and does not typically access server logs in the ordinary course of operations.

Narrative feedback may contain information voluntarily provided by the author. Authors are responsible for the content they submit.

Location Features

Any location or GPS features are optional. Location data, if provided, is provided voluntarily and may be declined without affecting general use of the platform.

Location information, when provided, is used only as a signal to support workflow integrity and is not proof of identity, service completion, transaction, or customer status.

Limitation of Liability

ServiceWize organizes user‑generated service feedback into structured performance insight for community transparency and business accountability. ProSynServ, Inc. makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any review, rating, business record, listing, or Index Score.

By accessing or using the ServiceWize platform, users acknowledge that:

• ServiceWize is a transparency tool, not a guarantee of service quality or outcomes
• Reviews represent individual opinions and experiences, not verified facts
• Index Scores are algorithmic outputs based on user input and available data
• Listings and scores do not constitute endorsements, certifications, or recommendations of any business
• Independent judgment should be used before making decisions based on this information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSynServ, Inc., ServiceWize, Index-Reviews, and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of this platform or reliance on its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid directly to ServiceWize in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If no fees were paid, use of the platform is free and no monetary damages are recoverable.

Use of this information for financial, legal, medical, commercial, or personal decisions is at the user’s own risk. The sole remedy for disagreement with these terms is to discontinue use of the site.

Data Accuracy & Business Performance

ServiceWize does not verify the identity of reviewers and does not independently audit business performance. ServiceWize may rely on:

• User-submitted reviews (unverified)
• Public licensing or business records (when available)
• Algorithmic analysis of community feedback patterns

While methodology is designed to resist obvious manipulation and identify unusual patterns, no guarantee can be made that every review is genuine, accurate, complete, or representative of current conditions.

Businesses may change ownership, staffing, service models, or quality over time. Index Scores reflect historical feedback and available data at the time of calculation and may change as new data is submitted or as methodology evolves.

Public Record Information

ServiceWize may display information obtained from publicly available licensing or business records. Requests to remove such information generally must be directed to the original public source.

ServiceWize may update, correct, or annotate records where appropriate, but cannot guarantee removal or suppression of public record data. Procedures for removal or modification of public records vary by jurisdiction and agency, and may not be within the control of ServiceWize.

Section 230 Notice

ServiceWize acts as an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230 to the extent provided by law. Content posted by users reflects the views of the authors alone.

ProSynServ, Inc. is not the publisher or speaker of third-party content submitted by users to ServiceWize and assumes no liability for such third-party content to the extent provided by law.

ProSynServ, Inc. may publish or distribute other content outside the ServiceWize platform; this notice applies to third-party content submitted by users within ServiceWize.

Proprietary Methodology

ServiceWize and the Index-Reviews network use structured pillar frameworks and composite scoring to organize user-submitted feedback into performance intelligence. Certain portions of this methodology are published for transparency (e.g., baseline scoring concepts), while other portions are maintained as proprietary, confidential methods of ProSynServ, Inc.

Without limiting the foregoing, the ServiceWize Intelligence Engine and related refinement processes—including any weighting, coefficients, normalization, integrity signals, outlier handling, abuse-resistance methods, confidence adjustments, and presentation logic—are proprietary to ProSynServ, Inc. and may be treated as trade secrets to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not, and you agree not to, copy, replicate, scrape, harvest, model, reverse engineer, decompile, derive, attempt to reconstruct, or otherwise seek to discover or reproduce any proprietary scoring or ranking logic, underlying methodologies, or analytics outputs of ServiceWize or Index-Reviews, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

ProSynServ, Inc. reserves the right to modify methodology, workflows, scoring logic, display rules, filtering, and platform features at any time. Changes may be made to preserve or improve integrity, usefulness, abuse-resistance, and operational stability.

This notice does not grant any license or rights to use ServiceWize or Index-Reviews scoring outputs for competitive analysis, dataset creation, or commercial redistribution without prior written permission.

Platform Model

ServiceWize currently operates as a free, community-driven information platform.

If future services introduce business accounts, analytics dashboards, APIs, authenticated reviewers, paid tools, or other account-based features, separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policies may be implemented to govern those offerings.

Content Moderation & Removal

ServiceWize does not pre-moderate all reviews and does not filter content simply to protect business reputations. However, ServiceWize reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or restrict content that:

• Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activity
• Includes threats, harassment, or hate speech
• Discloses personal information without consent
• Appears to be spam, bot-generated, or part of a coordinated manipulation campaign

Removal requests may be submitted with the relevant page link and reason. Removal is not guaranteed and may depend on applicable law, platform integrity considerations, and operational feasibility.

ServiceWize is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for individual moderation decisions.

No Warranty or Guarantee

ServiceWize is provided “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

ProSynServ, Inc. does not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that defects will be corrected.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Notice: Where permitted by law, most disputes relating to ServiceWize or the Index-Reviews network may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Where permitted by law, ProSynServ, Inc. may require that disputes…be resolved by final and binding arbitration rather than in court.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming, under procedures selected by ProSynServ, Inc. that are reasonably designed to provide a fair hearing (which may include a nationally recognized arbitration administrator).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

This section is intended as a dispute-resolution notice for a free, open-access platform and may be updated if/when account-based features, click-through terms, or paid tools are introduced.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

ServiceWize and the Index-Reviews network are operated by ProSynServ, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. These notices and any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to ServiceWize or its content shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights that may exist under applicable law, and except where arbitration is required or permitted as described above, any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
